Meet the Therapist
I am professionally registered with British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have experience in working with a vast range of issues including complex trauma and bereavement. I understand these experiences can contribute to a sense of confusion, anger, shame or hopelessness and I believe engaging in counselling can be a significant step forward towards healing and change.
In addition, I am interested in neurodiversity and working with autistic adults. As a Neuroaffirming Therapist, I embrace different communication styles and can tailor my therapy to support your individual needs. With over ten years’ experience working in the field of autism I can offer understanding, assurance, and supportive insight.
