Hello, my name is David Cunningham. I am a HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist, and a trauma informed Somatic Experience Practitioner.

The opposite to the experience of trauma or feeling overwhelmed, is connection: being seen, heard, and feeling like we matter. I feel very grateful to have worked as a creative therapist to help clients of all ages since I started my practice in 2014.  My approach offers people repair and reconnection to their needs, and the tools and choices they have to move forward.

I have over fourteen years of offering therapeutic support to adults who live with the emotional overwhelm of stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm, bereavement and trauma.

I offer practical therapeutic skills that both, help in your repair and to feel more control in your life.
